History - Total Usage - 12 Months

This inquiry displays total usage of an item for the last 12 months, including the quantity sold for the month to date and the value consumed.

 

Technical Tip

The collection of usage statistics for items is turned on by selecting an option in the Stock Usage field on the Inventory Configuration screen (refer to "Edit - Program - Inventory").
  1. Open the Item Inquiry screen for the item you want to inquire on.

Refer to "Displaying the Item Inquiry Screen" (MDS and MRF) or "Displaying the Item Inquiry Screen" (POS).

  1. Select HISTORY | TOTAL USAGE - 12 MONTHS.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

  1. Select whether you want your inquiry displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.

Micronet prints or displays the Usage by Warehouse - Twelve Months report.

  1. When you have finished with this inquiry, select the Exit button.

Micronet redisplays the Item Inquiry screen where you can perform another inquiry if required.

  1. Select FILE | NEW to inquire on a different item.
